Psychotherapy is covered by health insurance (Health Insurance Act), and in most cases, the costs can be claimed from your health insurer through reimbursement. You will receive a monthly invoice from me, which you pay directly, based on an hourly rate of €205.96 (NZa rate 2026). During the intake and diagnostic phase, I charge an hourly rate of €231.50 (NZa rate 2026). Depending on your health insurer, you can then submit this invoice and receive a reimbursement of 62% to 76% of the costs (with a combined policy).
If you have health insurance with ASR or Menzis you are eligible for full reimbursement of the costs.
For psychotherapy, you need a referral from your GP for specialist mental health care and a DSM-V diagnosis classification. We will discuss the details at the start. Psychotherapy that is not covered by health insurance (for example because no mental disorder can be classified) is not possible in principle.
The scheduled time is billed. The costs of late cancellation (less than 24 hours before) or no-show are €100,-. These costs are not covered by health insurance.
Executive counseling is not covered by health insurance. Rates go by packages and are available on request.
